He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Duane Orhn. He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his children, Ashley Kastner (Alan Kemmer) and Zach Still (Sarah); his grandsons, Colton Kastner and Aero Still; his sister Kristine Hedstrom (Ed); his mother-in-law Margie Orhn; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Burau (Greg), Scott Orhn (Chris), Gary Orhn (Lisa) and Jessie Luoma.
