He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence; his son Lawrence Jr; and his brothers, Lee and Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Bambi Benes (Dallas), Darla King (Chad) and Darrin King (Sarah); his mother Marilyn King; his brother Lloyd King; his grandchildren, Sydney, Nathan, Naesa, Leland, Bailey, Madalyn, Celeste, Sierra, Dom, Breann, Alyssa, Aylah, Shane, Amber and Shawn; and also Joann.
