He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanore Mattfield and George Mattfield. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Mattfield; his children, Jefferey Mattfield and Kelli Mattfield; his sisters, Patty Paugh (Lynn), Vicki Nisben, Shirley Mattfield, Barb Eldridge, Lindee Mattfield and Wendy Bruns (Dean); and his grandchildren, Noah, Abby, Joey, Eli and Jasper.
