He was predeceased by: his brother David Kangas. He is survived by: his brother Terence Kangas (Janice); his nephew Kevin Kangas (Karri) of Cloquet, MN; his niece Leslie Reed (Rian) of Trout Lake, MN; his great-nephew Adam Kangas; his great-nieces, Emily Kangas, Kaisa Reed and Kalle Reed; and his significant other Diane Burt of Bovey, MN. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
