He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, Wayne Hayes (Deborah) and Susan Jacobson (Doug); his grandchildren, Jahan (Katie), Camran Hayes (Desiree), Lia and Peter Jacobson (Kelsey); his brother Keith Hayes (Patricia); and his brother-in-law George Jakovich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
