He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Foster (Warren) of Bovey, MN; and his siblings, Eldon Tobey of Brooklyn Park, MN, Darrel Tobey (Linda) of Kansas City, MO, Leland Tobey of Hibbing, MN, Anita Morgan (Rick) of Paynesville, MN, Barbara Smith of Bemidji, MN, Janice Waldrop (Gary) of Lakeview and Gail Sutherland (Dan) of Bovey, MN. He is also survived by Three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
