He is survived by: his wife Jennifer England; his children, Rachel Rydberg (Tony), Tyler Bjorhus (Lydia), Jordan Bjorhus (Katie) and Jacob Bjorhus (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Elijah Rydberg, Elliott, Gretchen Bjorhus, Isaak, Carson and Emery Bjorhus; his sisters, Debbie Kuball and Kathy Tweten (Greg); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Eastvold (Cary), Joyce Johnson, Lila Ebner, Jayne Stenstad and Allan England (Linda). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
