It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Allen Gunkel (Borup, Minnesota), who passed away on January 5, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Hillsboro. He is survived by: his children, Carl, Velma Gunkel (Brown) and Beth Gunkel of Borup, MN; his granddaughter Danica Gunkel of Ada, MN; his brother Dallas Gunkel (Mae) of Fargo, ND; and his former wife Fran of Halstad, MN.
Funeral: 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Winchester Lutheran Church, Borup, MN, following all of the Minnesota and CDC COVID-19 social distancing guidelines. All must wear a mask to attend.
