He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael O'Dea and Virginia O'Dea (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Doris Irene Karge; his children, David O'Dea (Cindy) of Bluffton, Gary O'Dea of Bluffton, Tom O'Dea (Debbie) of Bluffton, Barbara Blumer (Mike) of Alexandria and Crystal Rath (David) of Newell, SD; and his close friends, Bill Lewis, Chuck Bruner of Newell, SD, Melvin Youngberg of Vale, SD and Steven Rokes of Clitherall, MN.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; two sisters.
