He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sapa; his children, Jen Nelson (Brandon Evan), Kevin (Sarah Zabel), Emily (Duane Engebretson) and Maura Humason of Rockford, MN.; his grandchildren, Justin Humason (Megan), Lauren Triplett (Dylan), Maddie Nelson (Bill), Abbie Johnson (Brandon), Harry Nelson, Frank Nelson, Trysten Engebretson, Layla Smith, Allie Engebretson, Khloe Zabel, River Engebretson, Kimberly Smith, Bennett Zabel, Prentice Engebretson and Sawyer Engebretson; his great grandchildren, Oaklyn, Oliver and Addison; his mother-in-law Janit Sapa; his siblings, Glen Zabel and Margaret Kennedy (Mike); and his siblings-in-law, Rachel Zabel, Cheryl Bell, Deb Sapa, Bob Wagner and Tim Sapa (Christine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
