He is survived by: his children, Ryan Sullivan (Ashleigh) of Florance, AZ, Amy Lorenzen (Andrew) of Blue Earth, MN, Keven Sullivan (Christina) of Elmore, MN, Murray Sullivan and Daniel Sullivan (Heather) of St. Charles, MN; his grandchildren, MaKenna Box, Isabella Box, John, Anthony, Vivian, Elise Sullivan, Eric, Samantha Lorenzen, Emma, Claire Sullivan, Lily, Dominic, Evelyn, Bridget, Charlotte and Damian Sullivan; his siblings, Mary Sullivan of La Crosse, WI, Phillip Sullivan of Ft. Collins, CO and Paul Sullivan of McMinnville, OR; and his siblings-in-law, Marilee Pavik, Alvin Pavik (Ann), Malvin Pavik (Janice), Vince Pavik (Betty) and John Pavik (Mary Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
