She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Bergsather and Mabel Bergsather (Halvorson); her husband Floyd Freidel; her in-laws, Marvin and Elsie Freidel; her sister-in-law Florence Seedorf (Alfred); her son-in-law Brad Quade; her grandson Brent Shirk; and her nephews, Duane Seedorf and Brad Seedorf.
She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Shirk (Rod) of Eugene, OR, Peggy Sabin of Blue Earth, Cindy Klingbeil (Mark) of Frost and Jeff Freidel (Jen) of Monticello, MN; her grandchildren, Brian, Alan and Brook Shirk; her children, Ryan Quade, Jacob Quade (JoAnna), Andy Sabin (Lindsay), Danny Sabin, Garrett Freidel and Jordan Freidel; her great grandchildren, Logan and Leah Quade; her stepgrandchildren, Bailey Klingbeil (Lucy) and Courtney Klingbeil; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Tanner Kennedy, Thomas Furnas, Lexianne Kennedy, Ida and Ian Jensen; her brother Richard Bergsather (Deb) of Bricelyn; her niece Amy Goette (David); her great-niece Adeline; and her nephew Steve Seedorf (Terri).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Bricelyn Lutheran Church (404 N Secor St, Bricelyn, MN 56014). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to UHD Hospice, Interfaith Care Givers, or to donors' choice.
