He was predeceased by: his parents, Halbert Christopherson and Mae Christopherson (Pickerill); his wife Joan; his brother Loren Dale; and his friend Donald Dahl.
He is survived by: his children, Jonathan (Andrea) of Robbinsdale, Isabella "Sue" Larson of Lake City, MN and Karen Markeson (Kris) of Waseca; his grandchildren, Alyssa Ratcliffe (Justin), Dillon White (Cory), Alyson Diaz, Micah Wayner, Braydon Ransom (Carla), Nathan and Taylor Markeson; and his great grandchild Jeremy Mack. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Patton Funeral Home and Cremation Service (400 E 14th St, Blue Earth, MN 56013).
