We are sad to announce that on October 2, 2022, at the age of 95, Elaine M. Peter of Blue Earth, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Grimmelman and Ida Grimmelman (Ristau); her son Byron; her husband Floyd Peter; her daughter-in-law Judith Coates Peter; and her siblings-in-law, Hortense Ische (Larry) and Carroll Peter.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Gerdts (Marlin) of Bloomington, MN, Vanette Kashmer (John) of Goshen, IN, Randy Peter (Gerri) of Elmore, Lynden Peter of Washington, DC and Tim Peter (Sandra) of DeBary, FL.; her grandchildren, Jaclyn Olsen (Kyle), Aaron Peter (Emily), Abigail Kashmer Bradford (Joe), Peter Gerdts (Ellen), Robert Gerdts (Katie), Nick Peter, Alison McGlothlin (Andy), Andrew Peter (Tallie) and Michael Peter; her sister Alice Kitzmann (Paul); and her sister-in-law Helen Peter.
