He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Frank and Vera Frank (Belter); his siblings, Leon, Alvin, Betty Buffie, Norma Lange and Patricia Kaplinger; and his brothers-in-law, Ernie Buffie, Dale Lange, Richard Falkenberg, Sam Kaplinger, Roger Bruellment and Paul Tellefson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Tellefson (Kathy); his children, Kristen (Dave) of Sioux Falls, SD, Jared Frank (Julie) of Sioux Falls, SD, Aaron Frank (Stacy) of Blue Earth and Ryan Frank (Elaina) of Lakeville; his grandchildren, Nate and Alice Herbst; his sons, Eli, Tyler Frank, Nick, Kale, Carter Frank, Adalyn Frank and Cayden Cahoon; his sister Ruth Falkenberg of San Rafael, CA; and his sisters-in-law, Ramona Tellefson of Hawley, MN and Ann Bruellman of Excelsior, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
