She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Westby and Ruth Westby. She is survived by: her siblings, Neil Westby (Debby), Cindy Lutz and Mark Westby (Oksana); her daughters, Valerie Balch (Alan), Allison Bianchi and Sara Mau; her grandchildren, Haylee Hayden, Alexandra Elizabeth, Cole Pickard, Reese Pickard, Andrew Balch and Matthew Balch; and her great grandchildren, Autumn Pickard and Aspen Pickard.
