She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis H Weringa; her daughter Deann Phillips (Weringa); her son-in-law Randal Phillips; and her parents, Epko Johnson and Grace Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Dennis J Weringa (Becky); her grandchildren, Joshua, Ellen, Brielle and Brennen; and her brother Alan Johnson (Kathy).
