She was predeceased by: her husband Glendon; her daughter Lynn; and her parents, Conrad Medchill and Clara Medchill. She is survived by: her daughter Karen LaPlante; her grandchildren, Amy Holst (Brian), Victoria LaPlante (Chris Schuler) and Michael Asp; and her great grandchildren, Sophia, Ashley, Krystina Asp and Ellie Lynn Holst.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Transfiguration Lutheran Church (11000 France Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55431). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dawn Valley Memorial Park (9940 Bush Lake Rd, Bloomington, MN 55438).
