He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Schroeder and Leona Schroeder (Schmidt); and his brother Sidney. He is survived by: his sons, Steven of Cedar Rapids, IA., Ryan (Patricia Wilder) of St. Paul, MN, Wayne (Carla) of Colleyville, TX and Mark (Linda) of Hong Kong, China.; his grandchildren, Brandon (Jennifer), Stuart, Dustin, Jaime (Casey), Addison, Camryn, Landon and Lorelyn; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Levi, Liam, Leo, Jace Schroeder, Ryan, Sam and Ella Windsperger; and his brother-in-law Joseph Moll (Lou) of McFarland, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Interment at Lakewood Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN, Memorials may be given to Cross View Lutheran Church, Edina, MN.
