We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2024, at the age of 96, Melvin John Behnen of Bloomington, Minnesota, born in New Munich, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bernice Behnen of Melrose, MN.; his siblings, Herman Jr., Darlene and Carol; and his parents, Herman Behnen and Veronica Behnen.
He is survived by: his children, Debra (Scott), Sheryl (Phil), Tom (Deborah), Tim (Anna), Mark (Mary Beth) and Scott (Gina); his grandchildren, Brian, Brad, Brent, Chris, Ben, Nick, Matt, Lucas and Alex; his great grandchildren, Caden, Nolan, Megan, Daniel, Chloe and Parker; and his siblings, Bertie Lou, Lee, Terry, Alyce and Ronny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
