She was predeceased by: her husband Dale; her parents, Clifford LaVoi and Viola LaVoi (Swenson); and her siblings, Dick LaVoi, Ann Liegman (LaVoi) and Jean Berhow (LaVoi).
She is survived by: her children, Cassandra Pelinka (Rich) and Kirk Matte; and her grandchildren, Maren Pelinka (Mario Diaz), Garrett Pelinka and Brother Phil LaVoi (Sandy). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
