He was predeceased by: his son Herb (Genevieve Boeser); his wife Patricia; his sons, David and Jason; his great grandchild June; and his son-in-law Barry Goldberg.

He is survived by: his children, Terri Swan (Jerry), Kathy Sullivan (Tom), Joan Boeser, Mike Boeser (Julie) and Lori Mazzoni. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren.
