She was predeceased by: her husband Albert James "Jim" Bittner Sr.; her parents, Gottfried Berg and Wilhelmina Berg; her siblings, Dorothy, Norbert, Elizabeth, Robert and Richard; her sons, Christian and Christopher; her daughter-in-law Annette (A. J.); and her grandchildren, Samuel and Grace.
She is survived by: her children, Mary McAlpin (Gary), Ann Schiffer (Gregory), Norbert (Barbara), Nadine Reinhardt (Jim), Joan Hiel (Rick), Danette King (Bill), Jim (Christine), A. J. and Samuel (Amber). She is also survived by 43 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren.
