He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Perkins and Cora Perkins (Knobel); his former wives, Edith Shonkwiler (DeDe) and DeDe; his wife Elaine Cornforth; his son-in-law Tim Olinger; and his grandson-in-law Brad Cornforth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Wedin (Todd), Jan Nash (Jim), Jill Washinger (Jeff) and Cindy Oquist (Mike); and his sisters, Illene Bice and Irene Groschupf (Jim). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren.
