David L. Veith Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David L. Veith of Bloomington, Minnesota, who passed away on March 5, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Veith and Florence Veith (Fiedler); and his siblings-in-law, Glenna Veith and Robert Schwichtenberg. He is survived by: his wife Janet Schwichtenberg; his children, Lisa Veith (Kent Mueller) of St. Paul, Michael Veith (Cindy) of Frederic, WI and Maria Higgins (David) of Eagan; his grandchildren, Mitchell Higgins (Sarah), Patrick Higgins (Brittiny) and Sydney DeMorett (Tristan); his great grandchildren, Grant, Brynlee and Keaton; his brothers, Karl Veith of Wyoming and Ken Veith (Linda) of Wyoming; and his siblings-in-law, Don Schwichtenberg (Phyllis) of Waconia and Vernetta Schwichtenberg of Waconia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Lutheran Church (9201 Normandale Blvd, Minneapolis, MN 55437). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to St. Michaels Lutheran Church or donor's choice.
