He is survived by: his mother Eileen Lindquist (Hunter); his wife Cindy Jacobson; his children, Sarah Esplan (Jon) and Cody Lindquist (Madison); his grandchildren, Nathan, Sophia, Payton and Lucas; his brother Randy Lindquist (Sue); and his nieces, Kady and Jessica.
