He was predeceased by: his parents, Anhart Hansen and Ina Hansen (Hjelmen); and his siblings, Eugene "Axel" Hansen, Carol Wright, Jeanette Underwood, Marie Seykora, Eileen Peterson, Helen Mehus, Ann Anderson, Dean Hansen and Gary Hansen.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Hansen of Blooming Prairie; his children, Brenda Thorpe of Owatonna, Joan Clark (Dennis) of Excelsior, Audrey Horan (Rick) of Ellendale and Roland Hansen of Blooming Prairie; his grandchildren, Khristine, Allen, Scott, Brad, Amanda, Melissa and Emily; his great grandchildren, Shaily, Tasha, Ben, Zach, Allyson, Kash, Thora, Zoe, Ingrid, Cruz, Declan and Everly; his great great grandchildren, Athena, Kyson and Landon; and his siblings, Karen Freiheit, Jim Hansen, Judy Livingston (Dave) and Terry Hansen (Robin). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
