He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Blake (Stacey) and Sondra; his grandchildren, Kyla, Adler (Kate), Kegan, Landyn and Carter; his brother Michael (Carol); and his mother-in-law Doris Jenkins. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
