Terry was predeceased by: parents, Wayne and Phyllis; and grandson Ryan Weber. Terry is survived by: wife Carol; children, Shelly White (Jeff), Jeffrey Hayes (Kathy) and Kim Hayes; grandchildren, Kyle, Brooke and Nick; great grandchildren, Hailey, Joseph and Matthew; brothers, Denis Dudrey (June) and Barney Hayes; and pets, Ned and Eddie.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kozlak-Radulovich Blaine Chapel (1385 107th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434).
