She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Szurek and Betty Szurek. She is survived by: her husband Robin; her sons, Jayson Teigen (Bonnie) and Joshua Teigen (Anne); her grandchildren, Evan, Isaac, Owen, Veronica and Zach; and her brothers, Steve Szurek (Linda) and Doug Szurek (Joanne). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
