He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Hoffmeyer and Janet Windmeier; and his aunt Carol Chervany. He is survived by: his stepparents, David Windmeier and Karen Hoffmeyer; his brother Mark (Kristy); his stepsiblings, Faith Windmeier, Heidi Bechtel (Joe), Dave and Steve Windmeier (Sarah); his nieces and nephews, Amy (Matt), Amber (Jason), Katelyn, Nicole, Adrienne, Adele, David (Amaka), Carson and Adam; and his uncle Norm Chervany. He is also survived by 7 great-nieces & nephews, many cousins, family & close friends.
