He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sappa and Patricia Sappa (Reiners); and his brother Thomas Sappa. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Sappa; his sons, Joshua Sappa (Adrienne) of Bloomington and Jacob Sappa of Blaine, Minnesota; his granddaughters, Jordan and Emily; and his sister Kathy White of Coon Rapids, Minnesota. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
