He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his brothers, Jim, Scott (Lynn) and Jay (Diane); his siblings-in-law, Peter Mitby and Durayne Mitby; his aunt Janice Olson; his nephew Danny; and his niece Lisa. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
