He is survived by: his wife Barb; his sons, Chad (Kim) and Jason; his grandchildren, Richard, Jerrad, Christopher, Cody, Ethan and Erin; his great grandchild Luna; and his sister Carol Peterson (Mike). He is also survived by extended family & friends.
