He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Teteak (Krech); his stepfather Eugene Teteak; his father Leroy Patraw; his stepmother Mary Patraw; and his brother-in-law Michael Perron.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason (Dawn), Jesse (Alicia), Jeremy (Morgan), Justin and Joshua; his grandchildren, Daniel, Allison, Alexander, Jordan, Brandon, Lucas, Evan and Owen; and his siblings, Jill Biljan (Joe), Candy Hoffmann (Paul), Terri Perron, Gail Powers, Leonard Patraw (Diana), Rochelle Hendren (Rick) and Cindy Murphy (Doug).
