It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ialeen Elizabeth Burkman of Blaine, Minnesota, born in Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert O Watry and Nina Viola Watry (Milton Arvid Burkman); and her brothers, Edward John and Donald Herbert Watry. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ann Fain, Julia Kay Dyrdahl and Mark Allen Burkman Sr.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Michael Fain, Christopher Michael Fain, Jessica Lynn Kelly, Lucas Allen Dyrdahl, Mark Allen Burkman Jr. and Michelle Ann Dyrdahl; her great grandchildren, Sean Nicholas Fain, Alyssa Michelle Fain, Elijah Nicholas Fain, Aubrey Lynn Kelly, Elise Elizabeth Kelly, Benjamin Allen Dyrdahl, Daphne Marie Dyrdahl, Delilah Marie Burkman, Zaylalynn Nicole Burkman and Harper Rose Burkman; her sisters, Clarice Marlene Oster and Vernice Nina Berg; and her sister-in-law Cecelia "Dixie" Jean Meyer. She is also survived by nieces, nephews & other relatives.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (641 89th Ave NE, Blaine, MN 55434). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:45 PM at the Morningside Memorial Gardens (11800 University Ave NW, Minneapolis, MN 55448).
