He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his daughters, Kimberly and Paula (Joe); his grandchildren, Josh (Kristy), Tony (Kendra), Madison (Mitchell), Ashlyn (Connor), Allie (Erik) and Shelby; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ellie, Addisyn and Brayden.

“Lynn, I am so sorry for your loss. Gene worked for our company for about 15 years. He was a great employee and a good friend. He did whatever needed to be done and handled our largest accounts. Much of our company's growth was because of him. We spent time together at conventions in Las Vegas which always included trips to the Craps tables. We also made lots of trips to the St. Croix Casino in Turtle Lake. When I think of the time at our company, I almost always think of Gene. - Roger Vasko”
