He is survived by: his wife Kim Tohm; his parents, Virginia Lucio and Efren; his sister Marina Ross (Christopher); his nephews, Christopher Jr. and Mateo; his father-in-law Ken Tohm; his siblings-in-law, Ryan Tohm (Janessa), Justin Tohm (Kaycie) and Kari Schwen (Jesse); and his nieces and nephews, Jake, Jessa, Bailey, Franklin, Henry Tohm, Rosalind, Aliza and Isaac Schwen.
