She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bahr and Loretta Bahr; her siblings, Vern and Lorraine; and her husband Jerry Clark Vincent.
She is survived by: her children, Lorie Shelley (David), Tamara Gillard (Steve) and Todd; and her grandchildren, Zachary (Nicole), Ariana, Timothy Shelley, Samuel, Thomas Osowski, Charles, Jeremy, Daniel Gillard (Brittany) and Orion Gillard.
In lieu of flowers she asked that donations would be made to Mill City Church.
