It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Merle Carter (Blackduck, Minnesota), who passed away on February 17, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Carter and Florence Carter (McArthur); his wife Arlene; his siblings, Bob, Bill, Violet, Ina and Maxine; and his great grandchild Warren Duffeth.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Grundmeier (Loren), Michael Carter (Diane), JoAnn Cornell (Danny), Colleen Floura (Pat), Charlene Plowman (Scott Green) and Claude Carter (Wanda Nelson); and his siblings, Ellen Gillenwater, Alice Wahnscaffe (Kenny), Sharon Young and Richard Carter (Lisa). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
