She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hazelton; her children, Steve Hazelton (Julie) of Blackduck, Michael Hazelton of Blackduck, Bernie Hazelton (Sharon) of Brainerd, MN and Vicky Hazelton (David) of Funkley, MN; her grandchildren, Adam, Barry, Gary, Charly, Ryan, Dawson and Macie; her great grandchildren, Candice, Jacob, Drew, Katlyn, Jaden, Taylor, Stella and Livia; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth Sumbs of Sartell, MN and Gail Herron of Brainerd, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mildred's wishes were that masks and social distancing be followed according to the CDC Guidelines.
