It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Holly June Carlson (Blackduck, Minnesota), born in Bemidji, Minnesota, who passed away on April 3, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyall Tisland and Ruth Tisland. She is survived by: her husband William Carlson, Sr. (Bill) of Blackduck, MN; her children, Cassie Carlson of Aberdeen, SD, Kelsey Carlson of Grand Forks, ND, Lindsey Carlson (Welch) and William Carlson, Jr. (Natasha Stadstad) of Blackduck, MN; her grandchildren, Simon and Rylee Welch; and her siblings, Shirley Neilson (Myron) of Buffalo, MN, Gail Defries (Gary) of Rogers, MN, Gary Tisland of Thompson, ND, Gloria Schwantes (Gene) of Bemidji, MN, Terry Tisland of Akeley, MN and Candy Thorpe (Jeff) of Culbertson, MT. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
