He is survived by: his mother Beverly Mickelson (Hill); his sons, Lee Mickelson (Paige Long) and Luke Mickelson; his granddaughter Freya Mickelson; the mother of his children Deanna Mickelson; his sister Bonnie Mickelson; and his pet Angus.
