It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Jacobs (Bird Island, Minnesota), who passed away on September 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Ruth; his parents, George Schmit and Phil Schotzko; his siblings, Dorothy, Sylvester, Lucille and Marion; his children, Mike (Judy), Ann, Tom (Sheila), Phil (Mary), Jean (Paul), Tony (Laurie), Maggie, Daniel, Angie (Ian), Sarah (David) and Betsy (Sam); his grandsons, Sam, Matthew and Alex; and also, Lois and Gloria. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; and innumerable friends.
Richard requests and appreciates any donations be made to St Mary's School or St Mary's Church of Bird Island.
