He is survived by: his wife Marlys of Bird Island; his children, Ellen, Smith of Bird Island, Nancy, Jill, Lynette, Atkinson of Cottage Grove, Paula, Keim of Madison Lake, Jean Tersteeg and Michael; his grandchildren, Claire Granlund, John Brennan, Megan Brennan, Stephen Hinkle, Braeden Tersteeg and Delaney Tersteeg; his great grandchild Owen Hinkle; his siblings, Dan Tersteeg, Andy Tersteeg, Joan Baker, Honzay Baker and Annette Baker; and his sister-in-law Loretta Tersteeg.
