It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brenda Erickson of Bird Island, Minnesota, born in Montevideo, Minnesota, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jaeger and Helen Jaeger (Bjokne); her parents-in-law, Robert and Arlene Erickson; and her brothers-in-law, Bradley Erickson, Steven Erickson, Dan Elliot, Allen Engstrom and Alan Grosklags.

She is survived by: her husband Doug Erickson of Bird Island; her children, Rachelle Morken (Paul) of Minneapolis, Brad Erickson of Bird Island and Jacob Erickson (Malorie Deason) of St. Paul; her grandchildren, Sophia, Aleah, Blake and Julian; her siblings, David Jaeger (Pat) of Cambridge and Daryl Jaeger (Andrea) of Lakewood, CA; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Elliott of Bird Island, Cheryl Engstrom of Olivia, Cindy Grosklags of Danube, Greg Erickson (Karen) of Olivia and Bob Erickson (Sue) of Olivia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be given to charities that were important to Brenda.
