He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Welch and Frances Welch (Sinden); his wife Caroline Welch; his children, Karen Welch and Jack Welch; his granddaughter Katelynn David; his siblings, Ray Welch Jr., Richard Welch and Beulah Welch; and his pets, LeRoy and Sam.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn David (Gus), Frances Curran (Bill) and Charlie Welch (Johanna); his sister Thelma Johnson (Dean Dversdall); and his pet Eleanore. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
