He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip M. Block and Luella L. Block (Holloway); his wife Kathy; his children, John "Bucky" Latimer (Vicky), Tom "Wally" Latimer (Kathy), Anne "Bob" Auel (Keith), Laura "Tina" Olson (Eric), William "Toger" Latimer (Carolyn), Andrew "Bozie" Latimer, Sabrina "Bratwina" Price (Devin) and Darrin King (Sarah); and his brothers, Donald Block (Sharona) and Todd Block (Ann). He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
