She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrett Jong and Tillie De Jong (Feenstra); and her husband Milo Jacobsma. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Carl Jacobsma of Columbus, OH and Clair Jacobsma (Glenda) of Phoenix, AZ; her children, Dennis Jacobsma (Jan) of Hospers, IA and Connie Wick of Bigelow, MN; and her siblings, Tillie Rook of Rock Valley, IA and Arnold De Jong of Sioux City, IA. She is also survived by six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
