He is survived by: his wife Karen Smith; his sons, Andy, Tony and Matt; his grandson Braxton; his siblings, Joe (Jeanette), Laurie (Eric) and Patty (Tom); his sister-in-law JaNean (Steve); his nieces and nephews, Mike, Josh, Jalyn, Nick, Renae, Jake and Seth; and his close friend Mike Anderson (Janel). He is also survived by many aunts, cousins and friends.
